• The paper entitled " Fast Image Retrieval Using Hash Technique " presented by R.Saravanan & N.Pazhamalai of Final year won the third prize in Adhiparasakthi Engineering College, Melmaruvathur.

• The students of third year won overall prize in the events conducted by Mount Zion college of Engineering,Pudukkottai.

• The student of final year named s.subarnaa presented paper entitled “ Fast Image Retrieval Using Hash Technique” in National Conference conducted by Srinivasan Engineering College,Perambalur.

• Best Consistent student award, Most Meritorious Student award and Best Girl Outgoing Student award was won by P.Manimegala.

• S. Arun Kumar has secured First prize in NON-Classical Solo of “TALENTIA’13” held at Agricultural College and Research Institute, Madurai.

• The paper titled "Robotic Vehicle for Disabled Children" presented by R. Sujitha & B. Monica of third year won the first prize in OXFORD Engineering College, Trichy.

• The paper titled "Production of Electricity from the Artificial NANO Trees" presented by P. Ilakya of third year won the third prize in Mahalakshmi Engineering College Trichy.
